Our process is focused on making things easy. We know that you're busy and it's our mission to help you cross "tailor clothes" off your to-do list. Here's how it works:
First, select the alterations you need.
Second, prep the order yourself!
You might be wondering how someone can tailor your clothes if they're not taking your measurements in-person. Each of our easy prep methods - match, safety pin, or detailed description - is enough for our SewExperts to do their magic. Check out our FAQs for a few tips that will ensure accuracy.
Third, schedule your pickup (NYC only) or mail your order in. If you're arranging a pickup, please ensure that you are either available at home during your pickup slot or that we will be able to collect your order some other way (doorman or office mailroom). If you're mailing your order in, please email us at email@example.com for a shipping label (if you need one) and send your order to 315 West 33rd St, Unit 31J, New York, NY 10001.
Fourth, our SewExperts go to work! Each SewExpert is highly qualified, has gone through extensive quality assessments, are is equipped with the right tools to ensure your clothes are perfectly altered and pressed.
Fifth, we return your clothes to you! For courier service (NYC only), you'll receive your order within 3-5 business days. For mail-in service, you'll receive your order in about 2 weeks.
If you don't love your clothes, just let us know and we'll make it right! We re-alter any item for free.
